Cancellation Policy
1. Right of withdrawal for subscriptions
If you are a consumer and take out a subscription to The Rein Magazine, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, receive the first issue of your subscription.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marvin Cengiz, MH Media Group, Am Rothenberg 23, 35075 Gladenbach, Germany, email: contact@thereinmagazine.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement, for example by letter or email. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original payment, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Please send the goods back, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods that results from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
3. No right of withdrawal for single issues
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of a single issue of a magazine. (This exception does not apply to subscription contracts, see above.) The right of withdrawal also does not apply if you order as a business.
4. Cancelling your subscription later
Independent of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at contact@thereinmagazine.com. A cancellation stops the renewal: you still receive the issues of the year you have already paid for, and we send no further invoice. Details are in our Terms & Conditions.
5. Model withdrawal form
If you want to withdraw from the contract, you can fill in this form and send it to us. You do not have to use it.
